Bal Mithai (Kumaoni: बाल मिठाई, Bāl Mithai) is a traditional sweet from Uttarakhand. It is a brown, chocolate-like fudge made with roasted khoya and coated with tiny white sugar balls made from sugar-coated roasted KhasKhas seeds.
