How long will it take to receive your order?
Our small and locally owned business consists of just a few dedicated team members. We aim to get all orders packed and on their way to you the day after you place your order.
Shipping usually takes 2 -3 business days.
Rural deliveries may take 3-4 days.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be posted on the following working day.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order with tracking id. Tracking id will be provided by email.
What is your policy around damaged, lost or missing orders?
Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue can not be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced.
